Wellness Retreats of the Past
A Look Back at the Magic We Created
Desert Hot Springs, 2021. We Escaped to the desert for a wellness retreat taking advantage of our local destinations spots. Our weekend at the stunning Miracle Manor in Desert Hot Springs was centered around movement and an anti-inflammatory diet, with expert guidance from Vas in our ESO Holistic Kitchen workshops. Abbie Bear led invigorating movement classes, Simon Ballard provided healing sound therapy, Katie Fitzpatrick offered restorative massages, and Kristin Collins offered 1-1 empowering tarot sessions.

Sagrada Wellness 2018 & 2019. It was a quick weekend getaway to the central coast of California. We spent the weekend diving deeper into our psyche with Dr. E, and enjoyed the beautiful grounds, daily yoga, delicious food, and the company of our community.

Lefkada, Greece 2022 & 2018. Our home for the week, the lovely Urania Villas, sat cliffside overlooking the sea and our private beach. Together we explored yoga, guided meditation, intentional journaling, tarot/goddess card readings, and of course, Greek culture and cuisine. It was an unforgettable week filled with adventure, culture, and fun.

Nicaragua 2017 Aqua Wellness Resort is situated in a lush tropical forest within a private beach cove on Nicaragua’s Emerald Coast (on the Pacific side just north of Costa Rica). Our stay included delicious organic food, gluten and dairy free food, yoga, hikes, and time on the beach. The highlight for many of us was a trip to a local school with the organization Pack for a Purpose.
