Private sessions at ESO
Private sessions are a great way to refine and improve your practice without the distractions of a group class or home workout. Instruction is hands-on, precise, and thoughtful, delivered with compassion because we understand that your mat can be a very vulnerable place.
Private sessions provide dedicated one-on-one time with your instructor to address your specific needs or concerns, develop personalized techniques to correct alignment and form, and enhance your overall mind/body connection. These sessions will empower you to move more confidently in your body in ALL other modes of exercise.

Holistic Health and Nutrition Coaching
Holistic health is more than just what you eat and how you exercise! Vas will help you identify areas in your life that could use a little fine-tuning, whether that’s a pantry overhaul, a personalized workout plan, or a deep-dive into the type of self-talk that can derail the best laid plans. For most of us, finding holistic health includes a little bit of everything, which is why it can feel overwhelming to go it alone! With Vas’s guidance, you will identify, set, and achieve your health goals from a whole-person perspective, with zero judgement.
Pilates (Reformer or Springboard Single/Double/Trio)
Pilates is an incredibly effective whole-body workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and breathwork. You will find new ways to connect with your body and deepen your mat practice when you include private sessions on either the pilates reformer or springboard. Reformer classes are taught one-on-one, but private springboard classes can include up to three guests.
Yoga (all levels welcome)
“Am I doing it right?” We’ve all been there: thinking we’re nailing a posture until the teacher comes by with a hands-on correction that completely transforms our experience. Whether you’re new to yoga or have specific issues or goals you’d like to focus on in a more intimate setting, private yoga classes are a wonderful addition to group or home practice. We use a variety of disciplines to suit your goals.
Physical Therapy and Pilates for Therapeutic Movement
Physical therapy is a form of body work that is meant to heal and restore the body. Dr. Kelly uses postural awareness, soft tissue and joint mobilizations, breath work, functional movement and mechanics, visceral mobility, and therapeutic exercise to help clients get back into doing what they love most. Most importantly, Dr. Kelly takes you out of pain and discomfort. Therapeutic movement includes yoga and Pilates with the use of the reformer and tower, wunda chair, CoreAlign, and more! Dr. Kelly works with people of all ages, but specializes in pregnancy and postpartum work as well as high school, college, and professional athletes.
Booking a massage at ESO probably looks or feels a little different than your typical “tune-out and relax” massage at a day spa. While you can expect a deep level of relief from your aches and pains, a bodywork session with our practitioners is more meaningful than “just” relaxation—it will feel more active and collaborative. Think of massage at ESO as an opportunity to learn about the specific tendencies of your own body: where you hold tension and how you can unlock or ease those areas away from the table. You can address your issues with a wellness expert that will hear you, work with you, and help you develop techniques to maintain health and balance long after your session is over.
The benefits of meditation are boundless: stress reduction, increased focus and creativity, improved sleep and concentration, and even an overall better quality of life. With your coach, you will explore proven meditation techniques such as conscious breathing, visualizations, mantras, deep relaxation, gentle movement, journaling, or whatever area you feel drawn to. You will feel the benefits of meditation after just one session, but in order to experience an integration of the benefits into daily life, regular practice is necessary. A private guided meditation is designed to support you as you explore and cultivate your own personal practice. Remember to bring your journal!

Sound has been utilized in various cultures for thousands of years as a tool for healing and relaxation across all cultures. The soothing vibrations of sound bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and voice help to bring balance and harmony to your entire being: mind, body, and spirit. Sound healing can help with depression, insomnia, anxiety, pain management, and so much more.
