Beach Yoga

Join us at the beach every week, TOWER 28 in NEWPORT BEACH. This class is donation based. Suggested donation $15. No need to officially sign up unless that’s your jam and you want to get an email reminder. Otherwise you can simply show up! Just bring your yoga mat, a beach towel, a hat if it’s sunny, and some sunblock. All are welcome! Donations can be made to @ESOlivewell on Venmo or we accept cash.

Friday | 9:15am Guided Meditation | 9:45am Gentle Yoga with Lauren Brokop

Saturday | 8:45am Energizing Flow with Vas Kypreos 

Sunday | 11:00am Vinyasa with Abbie Bear 

Parking: There is usually parking by ESO, but if not, there are plenty of paid lots and metered spots in the area. And don’t stress, it’s all part of it! If you’re a few minutes late, it’s all good!
